Fabric: spandex Velvet Plush fabric
Care Instructions: Machine washable for easy care and maintenance
- Wash separately in cold water on the gentle cycle
- Do not use bleach
- Do not iron
- Hang dry in shade - do not tumble dry
- Ironing: Avoid high heat ironing, as high heat can damage the velvet fibres.
-
Wrinkled marks on the velvet: The lines or marks you're see when you take the cover out of packaging are compression creases caused by tight packing and folding during transit. They are completely normal and not permanent. They will naturally fade and disappear on their own after the cover stays fitted to your sofa for a few days. If you'd prefer an instant fix, you can easily smooth them out:
- Steam Ironing: Gently steam the fabric on a low heat setting.
- Standard Ironing: Place an ironable mesh cloth (or a thin cotton towel) between the velvet and your iron, then iron gently over it using low heat.
